This Privacy Policy explains how Vladislav Tarasov ("we", "us", or "our") handles information for Arrow Puzzle: Arrows Escape, including the mobile game, the website at arrow-puzzle.com, daily challenges, ads, purchases, analytics, and support.
We designed Arrow Puzzle to work without an account. You do not need to give us your name, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location to play standard levels.
Information stored on your device
The app stores most gameplay data locally on your device so the game can work smoothly and so you can continue where you left off.
- Current level, unlocked levels, completed levels, saved runs, and daily streak status.
- Game settings such as theme, arrow colors, haptics, and tutorial state.
- In-game balances such as coins, hints, erasers, and grid guides.
- Achievement-style stats such as clears, failures, mistakes, restarts, streaks, and arrows cleared.
Information sent to our servers
Some features use our backend. When this happens, the app may send limited technical and gameplay information, including:
- A random player ID generated by the app. This is not your name or email address.
- Platform, app version, environment, first open time, last open time, and session or event IDs.
- Compact player progress snapshots, including current level, unlocked level, game economy balances, ads-removed status, purchased product identifiers, and aggregate gameplay stats.
- Per-level summary stats such as starts, completions, failures, restarts, elapsed time, mistakes, arrows cleared, difficulty, and level label.
- Ad and purchase events such as rewarded ad completed or failed, interstitial shown or failed, purchase started, purchase completed, purchase cancelled, purchase failed, restore started, restore completed, and shop load failure.
- Daily challenge requests, so the app can retrieve the current daily puzzle.
We use this information to operate daily challenges, understand whether the game is working, improve level balance, debug failures, analyze purchases and ad availability, prevent abuse, and make product decisions. We do not use this data to build a personal profile with your real-world identity.
Tracking and consent
Arrow Puzzle may show ads through Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and mediation partners. Ad providers may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices to deliver ads, measure ad performance, limit fraud, and comply with law.
Where required, the app asks for consent before requesting personalized ads or using identifiers for tracking. On iOS, the app may request App Tracking Transparency permission. You can change ad privacy choices in the app settings when the option is available, and you can also manage advertising privacy through iOS or Android system settings.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card number or banking details. The app uses RevenueCat to manage purchase products, receipt validation, purchase status, restore purchases, and the ads-removed entitlement. We may receive product identifiers, purchase status, purchase dates, and entitlement status so the app can unlock what you bought.
Support and emails
If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include, such as screenshots, device details, app version, or a description of the issue. We use support messages only to respond, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
Website data
When you visit this website, hosting and infrastructure providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and request times. We use this information to keep the website available, secure, and understandable.
When you click an App Store or Google Play download link, we record the click time, the store, the page where the click happened, and a campaign source when one is present in the URL. We use a random first-party browser identifier stored in a secure cookie for up to one year to distinguish repeat clicks from different browsers. This identifier is not your name, email address, Apple ID, or a confirmation that you installed the app.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information directly. We share information only as needed to run the app, provide services, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete transactions you request.
- Ad providers, including Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and mediation partners, for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and consent handling.
- RevenueCat for in-app purchase infrastructure and entitlement management.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases, refunds, restore purchases, and platform account services.
- Backend, hosting, database, analytics, and email providers that process information on our behalf.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, security needs, or to protect our users, app, rights, or property.

Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the app, analytics, purchase support, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Local game data remains on your device until you delete the app, reset relevant app data, or your operating system removes it. Support emails may be kept as long as needed to handle the request and maintain a support history.
Your choices and rights
- You can use standard levels without creating an account.
- You can delete local app data by deleting the app, or by using reset options where available in the app.
- You can manage ad consent in the app when the option is available and through iOS or Android privacy settings.
- You can restore eligible purchases through the app and platform store account.
- You can contact us to ask for access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights available in your region.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet or storage system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit what we collect and protect what we process.
Children
Arrow Puzzle is not directed to children under the age required by law for consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.
International processing
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to make it noticeable.
